Emma Haggins

Emma is originally from Vancouver Island, and completed her Bachelor of Science in Linguistics at the University of Victoria before relocating to the mainland to complete her Masters of Science in Speech-Language Pathology at the University of British Columbia.

 

Prior to completing her masters degree, Emma worked as a Speech-Language Pathology assistant and gained clinical experience working with preschool and school aged children with a variety of speech and language goals.

Emma also has experience working as a medical Speech-Language Pathologist where she diagnoses and treats swallowing, communication, speech, and language disorders. Emma is passionate about taking the time to get to know her clients in order to make sessions meaningful and fun.

 

In her spare time Emma enjoys playing volleyball, making pottery, and skiing (in the winter)!
